Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve Common and other objectives across Global Technology.
• Analysis of user stories and assessment of changes required in the system.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Retrospective)
• Story points estimation and sub-task estimation.
• Design program specifications aligning to COBOL/JCL coding best practices for efficient system performance.
• Perform Cobol/CICS program coding and testing
• JIRA/ Confluence updates.
• User Acceptance Testing support that includes test environment set-up/configuration, batch execution and responding to business queries and clarifications.
• Supports project deployment activities and post implementation monitoring.
• Supports production issue investigation and resolution whenever need arises.
• Builds resourcing capability (quality and quantity) to meet business demands.

Qualifications:

• Possess self-initiatives with minimal supervision
• Able to prioritise and allocate resources based on project needs and deliver quality deliverables.
• Must possess at least 3-5 years of experience in CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, MVS, z/OS and mainframe environment.
• Must have experience in Cards projects.
• Knowledge of JAVA API, Easytrieve, REXX, SAS, ABEND AID, FileAid, Endeavor, and Expeditor would be added advantage.Experience in Agile project delivery and DEVOPS tools.
• Experience in Agile project delivery and DEVOPS tools.
• Possess self-initiative and work with minimal supervision.
