Are you an experienced System Analyst with a passion for Cards & Payments systems and strong technical expertise in Mainframe technologies
Join our Cards Systems Analysis Team, where you'll lead the design, analysis, and delivery of solutions for CardLink, Vision Plus, and other card platforms that power modern banking.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead system analysis, design, and development for CardLink, Vision Plus, or related Cards systems.
Work hands-on with COBOL, JCL, CICS, and manage VSAM/sequential datasets on Mainframe Z/OS.
Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into detailed system specifications.
Partner with IT teams and vendors to ensure smooth integration and implementation.
Review technical deliverables and provide guidance to development teams.
Conduct feasibility studies, performance tuning, and impact analysis.
Support QA and production activities by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Ensure compliance with security, operational, and audit standards.
What We're Looking For:
35 years of experience in Cards & Payments systems analysis.
Strong background in Mainframe (COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM).
Hands-on experience with CardLink or Vision Plus platforms.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
