What we're looking for:
- Proficiency with COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, DB2, and IMS
- Experience in optimizing COBOL code, batch jobs, and system processes
What you'll do:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain COBOL programs to performance efficiency
- Conduct code testing to ensure compliancy with security and regulatory standards
- Participate in code reviews and discussions
