Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal operational performance. This position is critical to maintaining a safe, efficient working environment and supporting the continuity of our manufacturing and production operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in machine troubleshooting and, inclusive of abnormal machine facility infrastructure breakdown, troubleshooting machine, support in establishing machine operating SOP and troubleshooting guide
Support machine/facility PM schedule activity and autonomous maintenance
Executing TPM, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance work acitivty, including spare parts inventory & service contracts, to enhance Manufacturing/Facility Equipment performance.
Support and Implementation and buy-off of new Manufacturing Equipment
Collaborate with and manage suppliers to support installation, servicing activity.
Carry out troubleshooting of Plant / Manufacturing Equipment to ensure continuous production.

Job Requirement:

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or any other related fields
At least 3 years of experience in machine troubleshooting and performing machine maintenance is preferred.
Working experience in dealing with Electro-Mechanical Equipment is preferred.
Machine maintenance and facility troubleshooting related knowledge and practical experience prefer.
Skill set of soldering and wiring knowledge is required
Good mechanical, facility and machinery understanding will be preferred.
Knowledge in Electrical and/or Mechanical.
Able to read and under electrical diagram is preferred
Willing to work on shift (Morning or Night shift)
