Duties & Responsibilities
- Resolve identified issues and ensure minimal equipment downtime at outlets.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for outlet equipment.
- Carry out installation and maintenance of both new and existing outlet equipment.
- Plan and coordinate with relevant departments on the installation and maintenance of all outlet equipment.
- Analyze maintenance reports and findings, and provide solutions and recommendations when requested by Management.
- Assign, supervise, and inspect the work of the maintenance team.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out within the approved monthly budget.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation works.
- Prepare and update maintenance logs and daily task reports.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
- Ability to communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin will be an added advantage
