Making an impact. What will you do

  • In this role, you will support site operations across the Central Region by troubleshooting equipment issues, leading root cause investigations, and driving reliability improvements to enhance plant safety, performance, and operational availability.
  • Furthermore, you will analyse downtime events, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions to prevent recurring equipment failures while minimizing maintenance costs.
  • Planning and supporting major maintenance activities, turnaround projects, and emergency repair works is part of your role to ensure critical equipment remains reliable and operational.
  • Additionally, you will conduct reliability and risk assessments, provide engineering recommendations, and support the implementation of equipment improvement initiatives across multiple sites.
  • You will also collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and external suppliers to deliver sustainable reliability improvements and maintenance excellence.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or plant engineering within a manufacturing, industrial, oil & gas, or process plant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement effective reliability improvement solutions.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a systematic approach to work.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
