Duties & Responsibilities: -
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
- Operate & maintain plant machinery in good condition.
- Implement automation to ensure factory automation is functioning properly.
- Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
- In charge of the factory upgrading project as well as supporting the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.
- To perform any tasks and assignments as directed by the superior/management from time to time.
- Strictly adhere to safe work procedures. Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO), safety, and environmental regulations at all times
- Ensure good housekeeping in workshop and production areas in line with the 5S concept.
Education & Experience: -
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma and above with 3 years experiences in mechanical repair work.
- Hands-on operation experience in manufacturing/production field, preferable in food industries.
Requirements & Skill: -
- Must be willing to work in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
- Assertive, self-initiative and able to work under pressure and shift.
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on-call as required
- Good attitude and good teamwork spirit.
- Able to either read or write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
