Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing / Senai)

• Implement standardized management for electrical, elevator, air-conditioning, fire protection, water pump, and other equipment.
• Establish and maintain equipment data files and manage daily operations.
• Monitor domestic equipment management trends and improve operational, maintenance, and equipment care systems.
• Plan, monitor, and propose improvements to increase equipment utilization and reduce energy consumption.
• Review and provide feedback on the advancement and rationality of newly purchased or updated equipment.
• Participate in equipment inspections, acceptance, and accident investigations.
• Assist with planning and executing installation, transformation, renewal, maintenance, and overhaul of equipment.
• Manage inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
• Supervise equipment usage to ensure safety and proper operation, inspect equipment sites, and guide the team's work.
• Handle daily tasks such as power planning, power saving, safe usage, and water management.

Job Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• 2-3 years in equipment management or maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, elevator, air-conditioning, fire protection, and water pump systems.
• Work schedule:5.5 days per week.
