Job Description

Implement standardized management for electrical, elevator, air-conditioning, fire protection, water pump, and other equipment.
Establish and maintain equipment data files and manage daily operations.
Monitor domestic equipment management trends and improve operational, maintenance, and equipment care systems.
Plan, monitor, and propose improvements to increase equipment utilization and reduce energy consumption.
Review and provide feedback on the advancement and rationality of newly purchased or updated equipment.
Participate in equipment inspections, acceptance, and accident investigations.
Assist with planning and executing installation, transformation, renewal, maintenance, and overhaul of equipment.
Manage inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
Supervise equipment usage to ensure safety and proper operation, inspect equipment sites, and guide the team's work.
Handle daily tasks such as power planning, power saving, safe usage, and water management.

Job Requirements

Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
2-3 years in equipment management or maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical, elevator, air-conditioning, fire protection, and water pump systems.
Work schedule: 5.5 days per week.
Must be willing to work in Senai.
