Job Responsibility
- Valid car driving license (GDL license is a bonus)
- Knowledge and experience in plumbing and electrical fixing
- Skilled in a wide range of general repair tasks
- Punctual, with good time management and planning skills
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- Physically fit and willing to handle manual tasks
- Will need to travel around branches to do maintenance or dispatch work. Based in IOI Boulevard HQ if have no other task.
Job Requirements
We are seeking a reliable and proactive
Maintenance Technician to ensure our branches are well-maintained, safe, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be skilled in general repairs and hands-on work, with a strong sense of responsibility and time management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance, minor renovation, and repair work across branches.
- Carry out basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Deliver and dispatch inventory or equipment to branches.
- Maintain and upkeep the company van in good condition.
- Identify issues that require professional repair and report to the supervisor.
- Support other operational or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
