Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Strategy Formulation: Based on local consumer insights, formulate national-level business development strategies, plan 3-year store expansion targets (including direct operation/franchise models), and develop brand localization plans.
2. Partner Management: Develop and maintain a local network of franchisees, distributors, mall properties, etc., lead business negotiations and contract signing, and ensure that cooperation terms align with brand interests.
3. Brand Voice Building: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan localization marketing activities (such as pop-up stores and Internet celebrity co-brands), engage with local media and KOLs, and increase brand exposure on social media platforms.
4. Closed-loop business management: Monitor store operation data (such as single-store revenue, sales per square meter), coordinate the supply chain and operation teams to address issues such as supply and staff training, and drive regional performance growth.
Job Requirements:
1. Nationality is not restricted, with cross-cultural business etiquette literacy;
2. 5+ years of non-China Business Development experience in the chain FMCG/chain catering industry, having successfully led localization projects for multinational brands;
3. Have experience in building a non-China market network from scratch, and be familiar with local business regulations and consumer psychology;
4. Results-driven, capable of independently formulating and implementing million-level revenue growth plans.
