1. Sales Intern

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential distributors, channel partners, and key value-added resellers to support new business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers to support long-term business development.
• Work closely with partners to develop sales and marketing initiatives and drive new business opportunities.
• Identify potential customer needs and market opportunities, and support the development of suitable sales strategies.
• Support partner engagement, customer communication, and follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with Presales, technical, marketing, and other internal teams to support customer and partner needs.
• Gain hands-on exposure to channel sales, business development, and enterprise technology solutions in the cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure industry.

Requirements

• Final-year students/fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or other STEM-related fields. Business-related majors with a strong interest in technology sales are also welcome.
• Strong interest in technology sales, business development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise IT.
• Good communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer and business awareness, with the ability to understand customer needs and communicate business value clearly.
• Positive and professional working attitude, with strong learning agility, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
• Good command of English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus.
• Willingness to work from the Sangfor Malaysia office.

2. Presales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and business opportunities through customer and partner engagements.
• Understand and map customer business and technical requirements, and recommend suitable cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure solutions.
• Support the development of project technology strategies, solution architectures, and implementation approaches.
• Prepare and deliver business and technical proposals, solution presentations, product demonstrations, and other customer-facing materials.
• Conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities to demonstrate the technical feasibility and business value of Sangfor solutions.
• Work closely with Sales, technical, product, and delivery teams throughout the customer project life cycle.

Requirements

• Final-year students/fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity, cloud computing, enterprise IT, and technology consulting.
• Good analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear business value for customers.
• Positive and professional working attitude, with strong learning agility and self-motivation.
• Good command of English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus.
• Willingness to work from the Sangfor Malaysia office.

3. Field Application Engineer (FAE)

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment, configuration, installation, and integration of Sangfor network, cybersecurity, and cloud products within customer environments.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues.
• Conduct basic network topology testing, device health checks, and technical validation during POC and project implementation.
• Support hardware maintenance and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes when required.
• Provide technical consultation and assistance during POC and implementation projects.
• Deliver basic product and administrative training to customers and partners after deployment.
• Work closely with Presales, TAC, Sales, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Final-year students/fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Network Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, network protocols, and basic cybersecurity concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware and public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Knowledge of operating systems, databases, enterprise applications, or storage technologies is an advantage.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent are a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and the local language, with a positive and customer-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work from the Sangfor Malaysia office and provide onsite customer support when required.

4. Technical Support Engineer (TAC)

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers and partners during POC and after-sales phases, including troubleshooting networking, cybersecurity, and cloud-related issues.
• Track, analyze, and resolve technical incidents; prepare incident reports and solutions for customers.
• Support product deployment, configuration, installation, and integration within customer environments.
• Deliver basic technical training and guidance to partners and customers.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to escalate and resolve product-related technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and internal knowledge-base materials.

Requirements

• Final-year students/fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and common network protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English; Malay and/or Mandarin is a plus.
• Network or security certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CEH, NSE, or equivalent are a plus.
• Positive, responsible, and customer-oriented working attitude.
• Willingness to work from the Sangfor Malaysia office.

5. Security Analyst Engineer (SOC)

Responsibilities

• Participate in the operation and continuous development of Sangfor's overseas Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Monitor, analyze, and investigate security alerts and incidents across different security platforms.
• Perform security event analysis, triage, threat investigation, and incident response under established SOC procedures.
• Analyze logs and correlate security events to identify potential threats and attack patterns.
• Support investigations involving common cybersecurity threats such as ransomware, phishing, malware, and cryptomining attacks.
• Prepare incident reports, investigation summaries, and technical documentation for internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with internal security and technical teams to continuously improve threat detection and response capabilities.

Requirements

• Final-year students/fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree or above in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, network security, and common cyber threats.
• Basic hands-on exposure to security technologies such as XDR, EPP, Firewall, SIEM/SOC platforms, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong interest in security monitoring, threat investigation, incident response, and cybersecurity operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in log analysis and security event investigation.
• Good command of English; Malay and/or Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a security operations environment and from the Sangfor Malaysia office.
