Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Influencer Marketing Role to join our team and drive brand awareness and engagement through strategic collaborations with influencers in Malaysia. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating with, and managing relationships with key influencers (macro, micro, and nano) to promote our brand and products effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Identification & Outreach: Research and identify suitable influencers (KOLs/KOCs) across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) aligned with our brand values.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to performance analysis.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
- Content Collaboration: Work with influencers to develop engaging, authentic content that resonates with target audiences.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in the Malaysia market.
- Network: Existing relationships with influencers and agencies in Malaysia is a big plus.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other key social platforms.
- Negotiation & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage influencer partnerships effectively.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to brainstorm innovative campaign ideas that drive engagement.
- Language: Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin or other local languages are a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, beauty, fashion, FMCG, or related industries.
