Job Summary:
Drive and maintain business relationship with key account customers to support Anta Malaysia in the achievement of its mission to become the leading sports brand in Malaysia.
Job Description:
- Relationship management: Maintain & develop strong business relationship with key clients.
- Account planning: develop and implementing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer retention,
- Solution delivery: working with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Client communication: acting as main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring regular communication and satisfaction.
- Opportunity identification: identifying new business opportunities with existing accounts.
- Negotiating contract and terms with key clients.
- Market knowledge: Staying informed about industry needs, trends, competitor activities and market conditions.
- Performance management: monitoring account performance and providing regular feedback to clients.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or any other equivalents academic qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in key account management or similar
- Industry: Preferably in trading sector (sports preferred)
- Individual contributor
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools
- Proficient in English, Malay and Chinese
