Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all costing activities within the production environment.
- Perform detailed cost analyses to identify key cost drivers, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost improvements.
- Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Monitor financial performance, perform variance analyses, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with production teams to understand operations, ensure accurate costing, and implement process improvements.
- Contribute to the development and formalization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support ERP (Odoo) system updates and enhancements for improved financial and operational capabilities.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 57 years of experience in management accounting, costing, or production finance.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Strong costing knowledge and ability to interact with factory production teams.
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
