  • Perform hands-on analysis covering manufacturing costs, OPEX, CAPEX and overall plant performance.
  • Monitor and control plant OPEX and CAPEX through budget tracking, variance analysis and cost discipline.
  • Perform pre-investment and post-implementation financial evaluation for plant CAPEX proposals, including ROI and payback analysis.
  • Set up, monitor and report key plant KPIs covering cost, efficiency, productivity and inventory performance.
  • Champion and track plant cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives, validating and reporting realised financial impact.
  • Support costing and inventory analysis through detailed data review, reconciliation and variance analysis.
  • Review intercompany pricing and cost structures related to manufacturing operations to ensure alignment with cost base and internal policies.
  • Act as finance business partner to plant operations and proactively challenge assumptions and cost drivers.
  • Lead development and enhancement of operation-related Power BI dashboards.
  • Work with the Accounts and Operations teams to monitor operation-related insurance coverage, including new CAPEX investments, plant modifications and major operational works.
  • Coordinate and oversee quarterly stocktake activities for RM, PM, WIP, and FG, including reconciliation and variance analysis.

The role will initially include oversight of:

  • Indirect tax governance (excise, sugar tax, import duty review)
  • Analytical support to caf operations (costing & BOM review)

These responsibilities are transitional and may be reassigned as the organisation structure evolves.

  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in management accounting, plant finance or manufacturing finance.
