Job Description

Responsibilities:

Complete all required training for supervisory and non-supervisory roles.
Learn daily operations and perform duties independently within expected standards.
Uphold the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all responsibilities.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Assist in recruiting and selecting junior-level employees.
Support employee counselling and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Minimum 1 year of experience in service industry
Bachelor's Degree in any field
Prior experience in F&B will be an added advantage
Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
