Role Description:

Based in Selangor/Kuala Lumpur | Travel required

Join us at Nexus TAC Sdn Bhd as a Management Consultant, where you'll lead consultancy projects and deliver impactful training programs. You'll work closely with clients to understand business processes, implement management systems, and provide practical solutions. This role involves project execution, documentation, and client engagement, along with supporting marketing and product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead consultancy projects and ensure timely delivery
• Conduct client interviews, research, and process reviews
• Deliver in-house and public training sessions
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and reports
• Provide technical and marketing support when needed
• Contribute to new product development and internal training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the food industry
• Solid knowledge of ISO Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/FSSC 22000), HACCP & GMP
• Possess good communication, presentation skills and knowledge in MS Office are required.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
