Management Trainee - Fresh Graduates

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our Management Trainee Programme, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in:

✨ Account Management Sales (AMS)

✨ Sales Support

✨ Sales Coordinator

What you'll be doing:

• Handle customer enquiries and orders
• Prepare quotations, pricing and invoices
• Coordinate deliveries and returns
• Support the Sales and Account Management teams
• Maintain customer records and information
• Prepare simple sales and customer reports
• Assist with customer requests and follow-ups

What you can expect:

• 12-months contract guaranteed convertible to Permanent Employment
• Same benefits as permanent employees during the contract period
• 1-month contractual bonus in December
• Company performance bonus in April (approximately 2.6 months)
• Insurance coverage: Medical, GHS & GTL
• Laptop, phone and SIM card provided
• 15% employer EPF contribution
