Management Trainee - Freshgrad Welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities, potential franchisees, and business partners through market research and lead generation.
• Communicate with potential franchisees to understand their business interests, investment plans, and requirements.
• Support the franchise development process from initial enquiry to agreement and outlet opening.
• Assist with site visits, location assessments, and new outlet expansion projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and franchise partners to ensure smooth project progress and outlet opening.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, reports, and maintain an updated business development pipeline.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other teams on business expansion projects.
• Support ad-hoc business development projects as part of the Management Trainee development program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.
• Around 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, F&B, Retail, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Confident in communicating with clients, franchisees, and business partners.
• Proactive, ambitious, and willing to learn.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel for business meetings, site visits, and expansion activities.
• Experience in F&B, retail, franchise, sales, or business development is an advantage.
• Able to speak in Mandarin and English to liaise with the stakeholder from other countries.
