Job Description

Your Tasks:

  • Assist in managing employee services and affairs, including onboarding, offboarding, and addressing employee-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations such as administration, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
  • Handle inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and interview scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Participate in HR digitalization process
  • Any other tasks as assigned.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Willing to be based in either Perai or Kulim and on 1 year fixed term contract.
