Job Description
Role Description
- A Management Trainee has to complete a placement within 4 departments of the organization; namely Marketing and Sales, Product Development, QA and Operations.
- The trainee would need to adapt to working with different sets of people, in different roles, in different departments to gain as much knowledge of the organization as possible so as to be able to demonstrate their ability to perform in a junior executive position.
- A management trainee would also need to proactively demonstrate their ability in understanding, aligning with and delivering results based on the organization's values, behavioral expectations, policies, regulations, practices and procedures.
- The trainee would need to submit weekly progress reports to demonstrate the progress areas as well as identifying any areas they require further support with. Monthly reviews will be scheduled with their manager accordingly.
- The trainee must also comply with all company policies, procedures and regulations and take all necessary precautions to ensure product safety and quality is never compromised in the course of carrying out all your duties and tasks;
- The trainee is also encouraged to analyze processes and recommend measures which will effect continuous improvements to efficiencies and product quality, in accordance with Company's Quality & Food Safety Policy as well as our Manufacturing Philosophy; and carrying out all other related tasks as may be required or assigned by your Manager.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assess challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments.
- Self-motivation and eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a professional setting.
- Knowledge of basic business principles and the ability to apply them to real-world situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools.
