Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured training program covering various engineering and management aspects.
• Gain hands-on experience through on-the-job training and rotational assignments across different departments.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of engineering processes.
• Work closely with senior engineers to learn about production workflows, maintenance strategies, and process improvements.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of engineering systems and products.
• Learn and assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.

Requirements:

• Must at least Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field), Business Administration, Business & etc
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience in an engineering-related field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles and challenges
