We are seeking a dynamic Actuarial Manager to join our Pricing team. This role plays a key part in product development, profitability management and regulatory submissions, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the business.
What You Will Do
Lead product development and pricing initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, IT and Operations
Develop and recommend pricing assumptions aligned with profitability targets and risk appetite
Perform actuarial modelling in Prophet to support product design and financial projections
Review and validate financial outputs including Statutory Valuation, Embedded Value, Solvency II/GIECA and IFRS profits
Prepare pricing documentation for internal committees, regional reviewers and regulators
Assess product risks and propose mitigation strategies
Provide actuarial input on policy documentation, sales materials and implementation processes
Contribute to business initiatives including regulatory changes and system enhancements
Provide guidance and supervision to team members, supporting their development
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related quantitative discipline
Good progress in actuarial professional examinations
At least 5 years of relevant actuarial experience, preferably in life insurance pricing
Practical knowledge of Prophet or equivalent actuarial modelling software
Strong analytical and commercial mindset
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Self-driven with strong communication skills
