Manager/Assistant Manager, CCRIS Reporting

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assists to handle all matter regarding to Central Credit Reference Information System (CCRIS) requirements issued by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM).

· Responsible to create CCRIS application and update CCRIS application status into CCRIS-B2B system linked to BNM.

· Responsible to maintain CCRIS position at CCRIS Back--End system linked to BNM and preparing monthly CCRIS reporting.

· Coordinate with all relevant departments/branches within Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Malaysia) for CCRIS reporting matters

· Work with Business, Technical teams, and vendors to resolve CCRIS data issues and ensure compliance.

· Support CCRIS-related discussions, enhancements, UAT, and process improvements.

· Assists in conducting training for CCRIS reporting matters to relevant departments/branches.

· Provision of assistance to other areas of duties for credit management as and when assigned by Head of Department.

· To ensure strict compliance of the Bank, BNM, other regulators and ICBC Head Office's policy, Procedure and Manual (PPM) issued from time to time.

· Be primary responsible in managing compliance risk inherent in the day-to-day activities, processes and systems for which it is accountable.

· To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required by Head of Department and/or the Senior Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Must possess a Bachelor Degree in Finance, banking, accounting or equivalent from a reputable university.

· Minimum 3 to 5 years of banking/financial institution experience with a good understanding of credit business process and regulatory requirements. Experienced in preparation of credit-related regulatory reports is preferred.

· Proficient in data processing and analysis using Excel, SQL, etc.

· Familiar with Phyton or other programming languages is preferred, with the ability ro automate data processing and analysis through programming.

· Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

· Conversant either in English and/or Mandarin (both spoken and written).
