We are looking for a Manager, Balance of Payment Unit (BOP). The successful candidate will report to the Head Centralize Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend queries from Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) on conventional/Islamic, CIS validation queries and ensure the branches update in a timely manner.

• Assist and advice branches on any incomplete or wrong data submitted to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM).

• Closely review the incoming and outgoing partial transaction from other banks and address the queries accordingly within 1 week.

• Prepare a monthly report and respond to the queries from Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) within 5 working days.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or relevant equivalent.

• 3 years above experience in various aspects related to banking operations and balance of payment (BOP) section with proficiency in corresponding with BNM.

• Working proficiency in English and Malay (written/spoken) as well competent in a basic computer knowledge. Knowledgeable in Cash Balance Of Payment Unit (BOP) system is a plus.

• Ability to perform work independently, strong interpersonal skills and good leadership skills with a growth mindset.
