Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Business Analyst Manager to lead business-technology alignment efforts, with a strong focus on AI and Generative AI (GenAI) implementation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze and optimize business processes, support AI-driven transformation initiatives, and drive the adoption of advanced data and automation technologies to enhance business efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities, particularly where AI or GenAI can create transformative value.
- Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
- Liaise between various business departments and groups.
- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
- Identify and assess AI use cases, helping prioritize initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for AI-driven projects including business cases, process changes, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations that include insights from AI models to help businesses understand their business performance.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools.
- Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and contribute to the organization's AI strategy and roadmap.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data analytics, business process modeling and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
- Familiarity with GenAI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, etc.) and their enterprise applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in specific industries such as technology, finance, property development or construction.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, both traditional and Agile/Scrum.
- Experience in deploying GenAI use cases in enterprise environments (e.g., intelligent assistants, knowledge retrieval, summarization, etc.).
