Job Title: Manager, Business Continuity and Resilience
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Purpose:
To lead and support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience programs across the organization, ensuring preparedness for disruptions, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective crisis and audit management.

Robust working knowledge of insurance sector regulatory frameworks for business continuity management and operational resilience. Understanding of and experience in applying ISO 22301, ITIL v3, or Business Continuity Institute (BCI) professional practices. Experience implementing and/or overseeing the use of business continuity and/or operational resilience online systems and tools. Ability to explain complex problems or situations and coach less experienced staff across a diverse cultural landscape. Good industry contacts to stay informed on developments in a fast-moving sector. Ability to think outside the box, adapt ways of working, and develop innovative solutions.
