About the Role

The role will be responsible for the development and maintenance of BCM system which include Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessment and BC plans preparations and approvals by management. Maintain the operations phase of the BCM system, which includes updating the plans and procedures, preparing, testing and conducting regular drills and exercises for BCM plans, verifying the adequacy of the BC plans and implementing any improvements

  • Overall responsibility for coordinating the organization's BCMS.

  • Develop, maintain, or implement Business Continuity Strategies and Solutions, including Risk Assessments, Business Impact Analysis, and documentation of Business Continuity procedures.

  • Plan, conduct, and debrief regular BC related drills and exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans and strategies, updating procedures and plans regularly.

  • Ensuring all personnel with specific Business Continuity responsibilities are adequately trained to fulfill those responsibilities.

  • Support all departments and business units in the company to exercise, update and maintain their specific BC plans and procedures including revision of specific BIA and risk assessment.

  • Review and ensure the company BCMS is always kept compliant with the applicable laws, and selected standards and best practices.

  • Make recommendations for improvement of control environment through audits or project participation.

  • Prepare and provide reports, communications and presentations to management.

  • Ability to create and maintain internal control matrices to demonstrate compliance with various frameworks and requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years of Business Audit experience / Internal audit /Quality Assurance work experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or related field or equivalent experience

  • Familiarity and understanding in any ISO audit frameworks (preferable ISO 27001, 22301, 9001)

  • Leadership skills (ability to take charge, confidence to interact with all levels, set objectives, drive results, and a team player)

  • A self-starter with proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present audit findings and recommendations to auditees
