Craft and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing, ensuring successful product launches and measurable commercial impact.
Monitor partner performance using data-driven insights, continuously optimizing propositions and uncovering opportunities for deeper engagement.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and innovation within the embedded insurance and digital ecosystem.
Requirements:
35+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales ideally within insurance, fintech, or platform-based digital businesses.
Strong track record of identifying, pitching, and closing commercial partnerships, with experience handling senior stakeholder engagements.
Familiarity with general insurance products, particularly within embedded or digital-first models, is a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and align cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-moving and evolving environment.
