Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business and solution requirements, ensure alignment between solution development and business goals, and manage stakeholder expectations regarding service delivery and performance.
- Continuously research and evaluate changes in national and international payment frameworks, emerging technologies, and market trends to identify opportunities for implementation and recommend innovative enhancements to offerings, including user interface and user experience improvements.
- Act as a subject matter expert by providing consultation during solution development, enhancement, and launch cycles, engaging with clients, business partners, and merchants to explain integration processes, offer recommendations, and address technical requirements.
- Own and govern Change Request (CR) processes, including prioritisation, solution validation, and quality signoff in collaboration with Sales, Project, and Development teams.
- Assist internal teams such as Operations and Finance to automate manual processes.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology/ Financial Technology or equivalent
- At least 8 years of experience in a Pre-sales / Business Analyst / System Analyst role with an in-depth knowledge of payment products offered nationally.
- Strong Understanding of payment gateways, acquiring, issuing, digital wallets, PCI DSS compliance, and related fintech solutions.
- Familiar with product management principles and product life cycle management.
- Proven experience leading crossfunctional initiatives and owning solution decisions, including prioritisation, tradeoffs, and delivery outcomes in a payments or fintech environment.
