Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze campaigns performances runs by various Line of Businesses (LOBs) and Strategic Programmes (SPs). Monitor results, derive insights and often provide actionable solutions/ suggestions based on findings.
  • To actively participate in the discussion related to campaigns run by various SPs/LOBs. Often provide suggestion/ advisory on the campaign results monitoring report/dashboard. To prepare and supply the needful report/dashboard for SPs/LOBs on a timely manner.
  • Constantly identify opportunities to streamline campaign performance tracking and increase adoption of automated campaign tracking through available tools and platforms to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance to junior in report preparation as well as analytics tasks. Ensure the campaign performance reports and analytics are delivered in high data quality, accuracy, integrity and timely manner.
  • Be the key liason to SPs, LOBs, Regions, Branches and other stakeholders including communication of CRM campaign performances results as well as queries handling.
  • Perform post campaign analysis and act as a strategic partner to Analytics team to ideate and identify potential white space / new opportunities for better campaign performance.

Requirement:

  • Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Decision Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Min of 5 years working experience as campaign analyst, financial analyst, or business analyst, preferably in Financial Industry, telecommunication or ecommerce fields.
  • Excellent in using SQL and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in Python, R, Hadoop environment and data visualization tool will be added advantage.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, have exceptional problem-solving skills, and work comfortably in a group/collaborative setting.
  • Strong business acumen and analytics mindset, with good critical thinking skills to help solve business problems.
  • Great passion in discovering insights from data for decision making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
