We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Transaction Banking department under Group Business & Transaction Banking division as a Manager, Marking & Campaign.
The Role
A successful candidate in this position will be accountable for the marketing and campaign activities in driving utilisation of products and services offered by Transaction Banking that will contribute to the department's business and financial objectives
Job Description
Marketing and Campaign
- Plan and execute marketing and campaign activities for the department
- Monitor campaign performance and manage fulfilment according to the agreed timeline
- Develop & implement deposit, payments & trade marketing campaigns in line with the department's business and financial objectives
- Conduct competitor analysis on corporate internet banking to improve product competitiveness
- Prepare internal communications for new campaign launch
- Collaboration with Group Communications and Group Marketing for media release related to Transaction Banking product & services launch
- Provide training and briefing to branches and Call Centre to ensure campaign information is communicated
- Pitch for recognition awards in domestic and international space to boost the bank or product branding
Performance Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and product utilization to ensure product relevance and customer satisfaction
- Collect customer feedback to facilitate System Development Team in developing new / enhance product & services to ensure product & services meet the customer needs via NPS result
- Monitor department performance and update the department scorecard to ensure performance tracking is in order

- Good knowledge of banking products, competitor offerings and market needs

- Good knowledge of market trends related to campaign offerings
Experience
- Degree holder in related fields
- Experience in managing marketing and campaign activities, ideally in the banking industry
- Ideally around 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
