About the Role
- Manage and support Cards & ATM applications, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance.
- Oversee development, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring alignment with standards and documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors and project managers to meet budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Monitor system performance, conduct tuning, and train users on application functionality and best practices.
What will you do:
- Manage and support Enterprise Applications, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Provide first and second-level support for ATM, debit, and credit card systems.
- Troubleshoot application issues, including performance, integration, and configuration.
- Monitor application health using diagnostic tools and dashboards.
- Collaborate with developers and system administrators for updates and deployments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for support procedures and known issues.
- Conduct application testing, UAT, and post-deployment validation.
- Train users on application functionality and best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Manage relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure service quality.
- Handle contracts, budgets, quotations, and proposals for enhancements and new projects.
- Assist the Project Manager in translating user requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Support project planning, execution, and reporting to the Steering Committee.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Act as IT SME and Project Manager for system enhancements and change requests.
- Define strategic vision and roadmap for card products in alignment with business goals.
- Evaluate incident trends and propose preventive measures.
- Collaborate with product teams on roadmap planning.
- Respond to user requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Prioritize and escalate issues as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in audits and implement necessary controls.
- In-depth knowledge of the card product lifecycle, especially credit card ecosystems.
- Experience with Silverlake CMS, ATM monitoring systems (Aptra Vision, NCR, HDE, EPO), and Control-M batch scripts.
- Familiarity with VISA BIN configuration, payment networks, and card schemes.
- Integration experience with mobile banking, IVR, ATM, and other channels.
- Proficiency in SQL, API specifications, WebServices (JSON, SoapUI), and sFTP with encryption tools.
- Understanding of AML, CCRIS, CTOS, credit scoring, and card origination systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Huawei), network connectivity, and system integration.
Skills, certifications and experience you possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in banking, project management, and technical support including projects and Disaster Recovery, MyDebit and VISA regulatory.
- Strong background in supporting card-related applications, Visa and MyDebit.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of SQL, Java, Unix, Jira and current technologies, and industry trends.
- Expert knowledge about computer applications and scripting knowledge.
- Effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions that positively impact the organization.
- Familiar with the local regulations (e.g. BNM) and able to manage regulatory requirements from a technology solution/decision perspective.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
