Secured Lending Processing Officer Why Join As a Secured Lending Processing Officer at OCBC, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers achieve their financial goals. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. You'll work closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure that all lending transactions are processed smoothly and efficiently. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with changing regulations and policies, and be able to adapt to new processes and systems. What you do Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Processing and verifying loan applications and documentation - Conducting credit checks and verifying customer information - Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processing - Providing exceptional customer service and support - Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the lending process Who you are - You have a degree or diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent experience - You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry - You're highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency - You're a strong communicator and team player, with excellent customer service skills - You're able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
