The Manager, Channel Sales, is an accomplished sales professional who leverages industry and product knowledge to build confidence in the value of Swap Services&apos strategic offerings and grow sales in the marketplace. They support partner channels in maximizing sales and increasing volumes through effective execution, education, and promotion.
Responsibilities
- Develop action plans and strategies including POS (dealer stores) identification and selection to ensure sales targets for Swap services/product launches.
- Conduct daily scheduled visits to POS in the designated region to foster close collaboration and ongoing development in line with Swaps goals.
- Identify new growth opportunities with prospective business partners to grow Swap services adoption in region.
- Maintain strong business relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to identify sales opportunities and drive business growth.
- Provide over-the-counter and group training, as well as sales support, to establish sustainable sales momentum among POS front liners.
- Offer assistance and expertise to manage issues arising from all parties.
- Compile, forecast, and analyse store performance and transaction data, and advise on target market positioning.
- Provide analysis, local feedback, and reports on channel activities, including operations, programs, merchandising, training, and market and consumer trends.
- Perform any other support work or ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications
- Experience in key account or channel management is required and a background in a retail environment and/or field services is preferred.
- Experience in the FMCG, Insurance, Consumer Product, Mobile Phone or Telecommunication industry is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years working experience with 1 year in the related field.
- Bachelor&aposs Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
