WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....Responsible for managing IT projects which cut across different IT departments
. As project owner to deliver AIA's IT system, application's project in software development, modernization, Cloud migration and BAU areas.
. Manage stakeholders expectation on project requirements and delivery timelines.
. Motivate application vendor and subordinates to achieve objectives.
. Coach the team in participating collaboration, accountability and visibility.
. Work with multitasking skills, and work under pressure.
. Think analytically and higher level.
. Manage resources to fit project needs, plan and estimates budget to seek for additional resources.
. Liaise different IT teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
. Build holistic knowledge base for the application owned and have a full picture of the support model.
. Able to lead and involve in projects, such as system upgrade, data migration, system integration, and cloud migration.
. Assist to manage KL local people on administration perspective
. Report to TSS CAT direct manager for KL local team status
. Seek business opportunities with MY business and promote TSS brand
