Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for driving both business-as-usual and growth initiatives in the Advertising and Telco portfolios within PLUS Right-of-Way. The role focuses on maximizing existing asset revenue, developing new commercial opportunities, and establishing partnerships or joint ventures that contribute to the company's non-toll income growth, with less emphasis on process work and more on business performance and results.

Responsibility

1) Advertising & Telco Revenue Management

  • Manage and optimize ongoing advertising and telecommunication (telco) operations within PLUS Right-of-Way (RoW) to ensure stable and sustainable revenue performance.
  • Oversee asset utilization, contract execution, and compliance to ensure maximum yield from existing advertising and telco portfolios.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance of BAU activities, including invoicing, collection, and partner performance, to identify areas for revenue improvement.

2) Business Development & Revenue Expansion

  • Identify and develop new commercial opportunities within the advertising and telco segments, including potential new sites, structures, or digital formats that can enhance non-toll revenue.
  • Lead strategic partnerships or joint-venture initiatives with third-party operators to unlock new revenue streams.
  • Propose and negotiate commercial arrangements that drive higher asset value, improved margins, and long-term sustainability.
  • Conduct business case assessments and financial evaluations for new or upgraded advertising/telco infrastructure.

3) Commercial Strategy & Optimization

  • Continuously evaluate and recommend ways to squeeze more value out of existing BAU assets through rate optimization, better asset placement, digital transformation, or bundled offerings.
  • Support management in the formulation of revenue growth strategies aligned with PLUS long-term non-toll income objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Contract Management, and Operations) to ensure that new business initiatives are commercially and operationally sound.

4) Stakeholder & Partner Engagement

  • Engage proactively with advertising and telco partners to strengthen collaboration and resolve operational or commercial issues.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities such as MHA, local councils, and government agencies to facilitate project approvals and ensure compliance.
  • Represent PLUS in commercial negotiations, site visits, and partnership discussions.

Qualification

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or any equivalent technical qualifications.
  • Experience with economics modelling and analysis.
  • Experienced in project management
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and contribute full efforts to meet the objective and goal assigned
