Responsible for driving both business-as-usual and growth initiatives in the Advertising and Telco portfolios within PLUS Right-of-Way. The role focuses on maximizing existing asset revenue, developing new commercial opportunities, and establishing partnerships or joint ventures that contribute to the company's non-toll income growth, with less emphasis on process work and more on business performance and results.
