Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager to support the marketing function within our Commercial Division. This role plays a key part in executing marketing initiatives that position our Commercial Division as the ultimate payment convenience. Working closely with the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams, the Manager will help amplify merchant and user-facing narratives, support co-marketing initiatives with partners, and drive adoption across priority verticals. Success in this role means effective campaign execution, strong partner collaboration, and measurable growth in merchant and user engagement.
What You'll Do:
Campaign Strategy, Planning & Partner Marketing:
Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across merchants, partners, and consumer segments. Work closely with Category Leads and partners to plan co-marketing initiatives, develop go-to-market strategies for commercial products and services, and drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across key target audiences.
Performance Tracking & Insights:
Monitor campaign performance using available analytics tools, prepare performance reports, and support optimization efforts based on insights and data.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across Commercial, Product, Growth, and Merchant Services to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and consistent messaging.
Brand & Content Support:
Support the development of marketing materials, partner communications, and campaign assets that strengthen brand presence across key verticals (e.g., retail, eCommerce, mobility, SMEs).
