We are currently looking for a high‑caliber and experienced Manager, Controlling, Credit and Data Management to lead key financial governance areas within our Financial Services business.

In this role, you will play a critical leadership position in ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, and strategic decision support. You will oversee controlling activities, credit management processes, and data governance to ensure transparency, compliance, and operational excellence across the business.
What awaits you
As the Manager, Controlling, Credit and Data Management, you will:
Financial Controlling & Reporting
- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and internal policies.
- Monitor financial performance, identify key variances, and provide insights to support strategic decision‑making.
- Drive month‑end and year‑end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process in partnership with various business units.
- Track and analyze budget performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and required corrective actions.
Credit & Risk Management
- Support credit risk control initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Oversee financial controls relating to credit lines, exposures, and dealer‑related financial activities.
Operational Excellence & Collaboration
- Contribute to campaign‑setting discussions with the Sales Department.
- Support daily cashflow planning, including new business estimates across all business lines.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand financial needs and deliver targeted analysis.
- Oversee or support the automation of financial reporting and controlling processes to enhance efficiency.
- Enable effective implementation of financial systems and tools to strengthen data management capabilities.
Team Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide backup support for related functions within the team as required.
- Foster best practices in financial governance, reporting, and data integrity.
What should you bring along
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Solid understanding of balanced scorecards and KPIs.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other key MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical and data interpretation skills.
- Effective communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
