About The Job
- Conduct comprehensive market research on competitive leasing trends within the geographical and catchment areas.
- Oversee the end-to-end leasing process, including office space planning, tenant sourcing, negotiations, administration, deal closures, renewals, and budget forecasting - with a focus on maximizing rental income, occupancy, and profitability.
- Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, agents, business partners, and other key contacts.
- Lead lease agreement negotiations and execution, ensuring compliance with legal standards and protecting the landlord's interests.
- Collaborate with legal teams to draft standard tenancy agreements, incorporating landlord and tenant provisions, house rules, and fit-out guidelines.
Skills And Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial, office, or residential property.
- Strong business connections within the real estate industry.
- Registration as a property manager, valuer, or estate agent is an advantage.
