Manager, Corporate Strategy (GEGM)

About the Job

• Provide competitive analysis and planning based on market reports and analytical frameworks to formulate useful insights Drive Corporate Strategic and Annual Business Planning process to determine the most suitable strategic direction for the organization.
• Define and track the key Corporate Performance Goal tracking and benchmarking.
• Work with functional and business teams to track business metrics performance and conduct performance analysis.
• To support on Corporate Matters and prepare reports from regulatory, group, board and investors.
• Assist in delivery of recommendations to working teams that shape the company and its strategy by coordinating/ performing market research and synthesizing findings.
• Cultivate relationships with working team members across the organization.

We are looking for people who

1. People with 5 -7 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business planning and in Financial Institutions with exposure in project and operational execution.
2. Preferable tertiary qualification in Statistics or any related field.
3. Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibility over time and take on responsibility to track, monitor and drive overall corporate strategic projects that will result in organization-wide change and transformation
