We're looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to help digital creators grow, thrive, and build their careers—while scaling our network to new heights. Key Responsibilities:
Grow & Manage Our Creator Network
- Develop and execute creator acquisition, engagement, and marketing strategies
- Expand our creator network and refine onboarding processes
- Build strong, long-term relationships with our creators
Empower Creators to Succeed
- Plan and roll out scalable creator development initiatives for different platforms and growth stages
- Organize education programs, workshops, and training to help creators level up
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize their content and business strategies
Build Partnerships & Elevate HCN's Brand
- Identify and secure strategic brand & platform partnerships to boost our creators success
- Drive brand love and loyalty among creators through engagement initiatives
- Position HCN as the most trusted creator agency in the industry
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years experience in MCN, talent/artist management, influencer marketing, or celebrity management with 1-2 years of leadership experience
- Deep understanding of the digital media landscape—especially TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable with data & digital analytics to drive insights
- Excellent communication & relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Excel, Word, G Suite, and Keynote
