  • Partner with leadership and research colleagues to engage donors through tailored cultivation and solicitation plans and develop compelling fundraising proposals.
  • Build and maintain a robust donor pipeline through prospect research and qualification.
  • Support donor engagement, stewardship and fundraising through the Corporate Associates (CA) Programme, including supporting the team in organising CA events and enhancing donor value through new initiatives and improvements.
  • Drive fundraising through other platforms, such as IPS research projects, major campaigns for flagship events such as Singapore Perspectives and special projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams on administrative and logistical requirements, including gift administration, database management and governance.
  • Assist with copy-editing and distribution of donor communications, including appeals and reports.
  • Support IPS-wide events and related ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop persuasive proposals and compelling cases for support.
  • Confident in representing the Institute in donor and partner engagements.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strategic, analytical, results-driven and self-motivated.
  • Methodical, meticulous, and organized, with a strong aptitude for managing detailed administrative tasks.
  • Experience using CRM and donor management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access.
