Manager, Digital Solutions & System Support

Job Summary:

Work closely with business user and SME in different dept to ensure the BAU and project requirement (integration and migration) related enhancements are correctly define towards the goals and direction within specified timeline plus also think of the strategy best practice on IT function proper guideline to ensure user experience is within requirement compliance. He/She will also lead the planning, coordinating and manage activities with vendors and business users.

Job Description :

Digital Solutions Managers will be responsible for connecting business and digital solutions with emerging technology to develop sound roadmaps which deliver business value. They will also lead the planning, coordinating and manage activities related to integration of software programs and applications into the organization's information systems.

Key accountabilities are as follows:

• Develop strategic plan for computer systems according to established goals. Responsible for maintaining a dynamic knowledge base of technical solutions to ensure that the organization's IT infrastructure is as efficient and productive as possible.
• Determine and implement specific technical needs with the end users in the strategic design process and translate business needs into technical system solutions.
• Resolve incidents as per the agreed SLAs and timelines. Coordinate with any other support of dependency groups in case the incident has any linkage. Responding to and resolving issues that disrupt the application service that business users depend on.
• Coordinating people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. Ensure effective and efficient administration of day-to-day business operations in line with SOP across all support functions

Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least minimum 10 years working experience in Project Management or Business Analyst related areas.
• Experienced in the General Insurance industry and understanding Non-Motor Product class is an added advantage.
• System requirements : Universe Basic, C# .NET, HTML, CSS, MVC, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Office, Project Management, Application Support , Presentation Skill, , Project Management Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Negotiation Skill, Insurance knowledge, Networking and Infra related knowledge, Compliance and regulatory knowledge, Collaboration and communication skill and Analytic skill.
