JOB DESCRIPTION
End to end online sales acquisition focusing on unsecured products (i.e. CC CPL, Cashlite, Awam-i and FPP).
Key Focus Area
- Digital Sales Strategy Development
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital sales acquisition strategy that aligns with business objectives i.e.
- Develop use cases to optimise propensity models performance to maximise sales
- Identify target audiences and customer segments to sharpen targeting to improve application start rate
- Design & executed end to end digital acquisition campaigns including campaign mechanic, comm contents (for all digital touch points) & fulfillment
- Develop & design end to end online communication contents (SMS, WA, messenger & eDM) differentiated by segment & models using existing internal digital touch points (Group Website, Clicks Web & Octo, PLL and ATM) to drive sales acquisition
- To increase traffic / number of customers (Existing to bank customers and New to Bank customers) to product landing page and to buy / apply CIMB unsecured products
- Funnel Management & Optimization
Lead performance management of sales funnel cross functional (DM/ Risk / RTC / Products) to drive sales i.e.
- Effective performance management of digital sales funnel, sales conversions from all digital touchpoints, and approval rate analysis through data-driven insights for sales optimization
- Track and measure all sales programs, design test strategies and creatively optimise results.
- Sales analysis (using Adobe Analytic), with business strategy/ recommendation for improvement & develop business case
- Develop sales opportunities via various use cases by leveraging on analytics & marketing tools (AT & DMP), replicate & to amplify across all digital touch points (Clicks Web, Apps and Group Website)
- Lead & scale up A/B and multivariate tests, leveraging on AIML models for personalized targeting, scale up with speed and continuous optimisation
- Lead Generation & Conversion
Design & execute digital strategies to generate high quality leads to minimise opportunity lost by leveraging omni channel approach i.e. online to online / offline sales management
- Lead & simplified online to online / offline acquisition process (e.g. Clicks to GWS and vice versa, RTC, branch & RED - CFS) for digital leads drop off follow up
- Drive channel (RTC, CSD branch & RED-CFS) engagement for sales closure
- Perform quality checks on platform's functionalities and stability
- Utilize CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and track conversions.
- Sales Support
- Provide sales production support
- Interface with technology for production issue
- Regulatory Compliance
- Works with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are in compliance with Group, local and regional regulations (where applicable)
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Business/Marketing/Financial/ Engineering)
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or customer acquisition roles
- Proven track record in achieving digital sales targets and managing acquisition campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools, analytics, and performance tracking.
- Experience with B2B or B2C sales environments
- Product Knowledge and experience
- Results focused and performance driven.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Experience in financial services industry, preferably sales acquisition background
Technical/Functional skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and sales funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize sales strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing market conditions.
