Manager

Responsibilities:

. Manage team of beauticians and therapists

. Leading the team to achieve sales target

. Able to provide professional facial / Massage services in order to understand the work flow

. Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatments

. Handling customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance to staff

. Assisting in hiring and training beauticians as required

. Handle emergency issue and customers requests and complaints with elegance

. Responsible for Monthly and quarterly plan

Requirements:

. At least 3 years (s) of proven relevant working experience in the beauty industry and familiar with industry

practice. Eg, Beauty Manager, Shop Manager, Spa Manager and at least managing 3 outlet

. Bilingual. Fluent in English and mandarin in order to communicate with customers.

. Exceptional leadership skills

. Strong sales and negotiation skills

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to handle computer job

. Follow company order and fully support

. 6 days work week including weekends and public holiday
