Client Management
What the day will look like
- Providing professional advice to clients in the Health Solutions department by handling routine enquiries and transactions
- Preparing renewal reports/proposals which include benefit benchmarking analysis, underwriting specifications and insurance summaries
- Responsible for new business include remarketing exercise, preparing proposals/benefit benchmarking analysis
- Support superior in preparing renewal reports/proposals which include benefit benchmarking analysis
- Follow-up on outstanding broking matters on a timely basis
- Review the quotes received from insurers in preparation of renewal reports/proposals
- Review coverage summary to be submitted to insurers for accuracy during quotation exercise and confirmation of placement
- Monitor and follow-up on policies and endorsements issuance with insurer and preparing advice for billings.
- Ensure accuracy of the policies and endorsements as per clients advice.
- Consistently check accuracy of the invoices against insurer's billing
- Assist in ensuring credit control are up-to-date and follow-up with clients on premium payment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations.
Data Management
- Ensure clients data and information is accurate and updated on timely manner.
- Ensure all clients and insurer documentation and correspondences are kept in the designated file/folder for future reference.
- Ensure accuracy on the invoicing and documentation for clients and insurers.
- Ensure all documentation is sent to the clients on timely manner according to the guidelines.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Preferably from a broking or insurance background with proven expertise in employee benefits consulting.
- Demonstrated experience managing large and complex employee benefits portfolios.
- Strong end-to-end understanding of employee benefits, including plan design, renewals, negotiations, ongoing servicing, and handling escalations effectively.
- Skilled in managing client expectations, navigating challenging conversations, and delivering practical solutions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage heavy workloads, and coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining service quality and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and public relations skills; able to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
