Role Purpose

The Manager, Employee Experience Operations is responsible for driving strong, consistent, and scalable execution of employee experience fundamentals across multiple markets.

This role owns EX operational delivery, workplace and facilities governance, budget oversight, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) implementation, and sustainability execution. • Ensure consistent delivery across onboarding, workplace experience, engagement execution, and key employee touchpoints
  • Identify operational risks, gaps, and dependencies early, and drive timely resolution
  • Represent assigned markets in regional and global EX discussions, providing clear operational insights and recommendations

Operational Escalation & Governance

  • Act as the primary point of escalation for cross-market EX operational issues
  • Drive structured problem-solving, clarity on ownership, timelines, and execution standards
  • Partner closely with EX Partners, Finance, and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
  • Establish and reinforce operational rhythms, standards, and accountability across markets

Workplace, Facilities & Budget Management

  • Lead workplace and facilities coordination across assigned markets from an employee experience perspective
  • Track EX and facilities-related budgets, monitor spend, and proactively flag risks or variances
  • Partner with Finance and vendors to ensure cost discipline, service quality, and value optimisation
  • Support facilities planning, renewals, and workplace improvements, balancing employee experience, cost, and operational feasibility

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Own global HSE operating standards, cadence, and reporting frameworks
  • Drive consistent implementation and follow-up across all markets
  • Partner with local EX Partners to ensure compliance, documentation, and timely execution
  • Escalate safety, compliance, and risk matters appropriately and decisively

Sustainability Execution

  • Lead execution of sustainability initiatives across markets in line with organisational priorities
  • Embed sustainability considerations into workplace operations and facilities practices
  • Track participation, progress, and outcomes, ensuring follow-through rather than one-off initiatives

People Leadership & Capability Building

  • Line manage EX resources supporting assigned markets, including EX Partners
  • Provide structure, prioritisation, coaching, and performance guidance to drive strong execution
  • Build execution discipline, accountability, and operational maturity within the EX team
  • Support capability development to enable consistent delivery across markets

Key Capabilities & Attributes

  • Strong operational leadership with a bias for execution and follow-through
  • Experience managing multi-market or multi-site operations
  • Solid understanding of workplace operations, facilities management, budgeting, and vendor coordination
  • Ability to manage complexity, assess risk, and prioritise effectively
  • Structured, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and clear, confident communication skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • 710 years of relevant experience in employee experience, HR operations, workplace operations, or facilities management
  • Proven experience owning operational portfolios, markets, or sites
  • Exposure to HSE and sustainability practices is an advantage
  • Experience working across multiple countries or regions preferred
