About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Manager for the newly set up Energy Services business to work on the new initiatives under Engine-3, our Engine of Growth which focusing on Experimental Bets. This new venture will cover the development, operationalising, maintenance and commercialization of solar farms, microgrids, rooftop generation via leasing mechanism, alternative fuel generation, and sustainable infrastructure solutions. This role will drive strategic growth through complementary services to property development which the company can offer to our customers. Business development, project execution, and financial oversight, is essential for the role to ensure long-term profitability is an essential and impact in the rapidly evolving clean energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated energy solutions across renewable generation, microgrids, energy storage, and alternative fuels.
  • Identify emerging technologies and trends in clean energy and integrate them into service offerings.

Business Development

  • Source and close new business opportunities including PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) deals, energy-as-a-service (EaaS) contracts, and joint ventures to work on CRESS and CREAM Frameworks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: utilities, government agencies, commercial & industrial (C&I) customers, and project developers.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end development of clean energy projectsfrom feasibility to commissioning.
  • Ensure projects meet performance, quality, and budget expectations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to optimize project execution.

Financial Oversight

  • Monitor financial performance, optimize cost structures, and ensure business targets are met.

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Ensure all projects adhere to relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage permits, interconnection agreements, and incentive program compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the energy sector with a focus on renewables, distributed energy resources (DERs), or alternative fuels.
  • Proven track record in power related project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies, microgrids, and the alternative fuel landscape.
  • Good stakeholder management skills and team player.
