Job Description

Awantec is seeking for a seasoned ERP professional.You&aposll play a pivotal role in driving growth by overseeing the entire ERP implementation process, from pre-sales to post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ERP Implementation Lifecycle: Oversee the entire ERP implementation process, from pre-sales to delivery, across various modules (finance, manufacturing, distribution, etc.) and product suites.
  2. Consulting Services: Provide expert consulting services, including project leadership, software design, implementation, testing, training, and deployment, adhering to Sage&aposs methodology.
  3. Client Success: Ensure optimal client setup and training, maximizing consulting revenue and achieving high customer satisfaction.
  4. Project Management: Manage project life cycle activities, including problem identification, cost monitoring, and schedule adherence.
  5. Sales & Business Development: Participate in sales presentations and identify further product and service opportunities.
  6. Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and data-driven team culture.
  7. Independent Project Execution: Independently handle client projects from start to finish, while also collaborating within team environments.
  8. Revenue & Utilization: Achieve defined utilization and revenue goals.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of products and services.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,or a relevant field.
  2. 7+ years of experience in a presales, business solution or similar role within the ERP domain.

Essential Skills:

  1. Team Management: Proven experience leading pre-sales or delivery teams.
  2. ERP Implementation: Hands-on experience with ERP implementations across various industries, including integrations and report generation.
  3. Project Management: Ability to follow detailed work plans and manage project activities within scope.
  4. User Support: Experience providing support to end-users of the ERP system.
  5. Data Handling: Proficiency in Excel, including advanced skills like creating data transformation workbooks and macros.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Academic Background: Relevant Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. Reporting & Analysis: Strong report writing and MS Excel skills.
  3. Technical Skills: Experience with Sage Intelligence Reporting and SQL.
  4. Business Acumen: Good understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and business processes.

Value added: Sage X3 certification.
